The Cat Division consists of Certified members and Associates who are on the path to certification. The Cat Division offers educational opportunities that include online tutorials, teletutorials, book discussions groups, and scheduled teleconference chats, as well as topical discussions on the main cat list. Previous teleconference cat chat topics included cat emotions; senior cats; ethics, beneficial courses, books, and seminars for consultants. Previous book discussion topics included: Animals in Translation by Temple Grandin; Cat Culture by Alger and Alger; and The Emotional Lives of Animals by Marc Bekoff.
Members are encouraged to participate in sharing questions and ideas in a supportive environment.
