Descripción: Overview: This 6-hour program will provide participants with an overview of adult learning principles, the ADDIE model for instructional design, and large and small groups facilitation principles. This program consists of three, 2-hour sessions. At the end of this program, pet professionals will be able to apply the content learned to enhancing small and large group classes as well as educational program design and content for pet owners, staff, and volunteers.
