The IAABC Seeks International Diversity
IAABC seeks to expand worldwide, engaging professionals in diverse communities around the globe and through them, supporting ethical training with local clients. However, high USD-based fees pose a barrier to joining for individuals whose local currency is not strong against the dollar and whose local economies do not provide them with the purchasing power to make standard fees feasible.
In order to support international growth into these areas, and to support those potential members IAABC has moved to a tiered fee structure based on World Bank data on income levels.To that end we will be moving forward with the following:
Tier 1 - 100%
Countries classified as high income will pay full membership fees.
Tier 2 - 75%
Countries classified as upper middle income will pay 75% of the full membership fees
Countries currently included: Albania,Argentina,Armenia,Azerbaijan,Bulgaria,Bosnia,Belize,Brazil,Botswana,China,Colombia,Costa Rica,Dominica,Dominican Republic,Ecuador,Fiji,Gabon,Georgia,Equatorial Guinea,Grenada,Guatemala,Honduras,Indonesia,Jamaica,Kazakhstan,Sri Lanka,St. Lucia,Moldova,Maldives,Mexico,Marshall Islands,North Macedonia,Montenegro,Mauritius,Malaysia,Namibia,Peru,Palau,Paraguay,El Salvador,Serbia,Suriname,Thailand,Turkmenistan,Tonga,Tuvalu,St. Vincent,Kosovo,South Africa
Tier 3 - 50%
Countries classified as lower middle income and low income will be 50% of the full membership fees.

When registering for membership the fee structure will be based on the residency of the member. Any person registering for membership can pay full membership fees but the discount will be taken at the time of registration via the website.
