| Descripción: | This course provides an introductory overview of how to provide initial emergency first aid and perform triage on cattle, small ruminants, and swine until veterinary care can be ascertained. The curriculum also teaches how to maintain proper herd management utilized in both companion and food animal husbandry environments. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) disaster plan curriculum for livestock will also be discussed. |
