Credentialed Membership
Credentialed Members are Supporting Members of the IAABC who have passed one (or more!) of our rigorous examinations, exhibiting excellence in knowledge and application of behavior change principles. IAABC credentials are recognized internationally and independently accredited by two certifying bodies.
As a Credentialed Member, you qualify to be listed in our Consultant Directory, to use your credential-specific logo, and to mentor other IAABC members. In addition, the Board of Directors allocates spots specifically for credentialed members each year.

Membership Criteria
You cannot apply directly to be a Credentialed Member. Supporting Members become credentialed when they pass an IAABC examination. Credentialed members must meet the following requirements:
- Age 18+
- Agree to comply with LIMA and the Joint Standards of Practice
- Professionally practicing in animal behavior
- Be a current Supporting Member
- Pass an IAABC credentialing examination
