Applying for Assistance
Any current IAABC member in good standing can apply to the Membership Assistance Fund. To apply, click HERE. Members must be up to date on their dues and, if credentialed, have completed their continuing education requirements. Applicants must be in at least their second year of membership, having renewed once. The fund is intended for professionals in the behavior field for whom IAABC membership provides a meaningful professional benefit. Applicants are asked to submit a short statement describing their need and how the fund will support their work or organization. Members must not have any ethical complaints or violations on record, and this benefit may only be used once. All submissions are reviewed individually on a first-come, first-served basis, and the IAABC reserves the right to accept or decline any application. Equitable Pricing
The IAABC is a global organization, and we know that the cost of membership means different things in different parts of the world. Our Equitable Pricing Program ensures that membership remains accessible to professionals everywhere by adjusting fees based not only on each country’s economy, but also on the state of the animal behavior industry and the typical earning potential for behavior professionals in that region. This approach helps us offer fair, regionally adjusted rates while maintaining the same high-quality benefits, education, and community access for all members.
Our goal is to reduce financial barriers so that passionate and qualified behavior professionals, no matter where they live, can connect, learn, and grow with us.
